摘要
对钢轨气压焊接头断裂的组织进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,钢轨焊接温度过高使轨底产生过烧组织或脱碳等缺陷 ;钢轨焊接后 ,接头温度降至 4 5 0~ 5 5 0℃时必须及时正火 ,否则在焊接热影响区将产生马氏体组织和冷裂纹 。
The Microstructure investigation on the fracture of rail joint after gas pressure welding was carried out.The results show that because of over high welding temperature,the burnt structure and decarburization occurred in the bottom of rail.Normalization should be taken in time before the temperature of joint drops to 450~550℃,otherwise the properties of rail would decrease due to martensite and cold crack in the welding heat affected zone.
