摘要
讨论了在概念设计中进行质量控制的方法 ,提出将QFD方法与传统的功能分解方法相结合 ,以提高概念设计质量。在此前提下 ,还讨论了应用该方法建立计算机辅助概念设计系统的实现技术及应用过程中的几项关键技术 ,并以叶片加工机床的设计作为实例 。
The quality of product is the key to succeed in the market competition. It presented a method of quality control in conceptual design. In order to improve the quality of the conceptual design, QFD was combined with the traditional function decomposition in this method. The process of establishing the Computer Aided Conceptual Design System was introduced, and several key technologies about application of the method were discussed. As an example, the paper showed a vane machine tool to demonstrate the function decomposition.
