摘要
概述了MEMS设计存在的不足 ,提出了在Web环境下进行微器件并行设计的框架结构。介绍了与微器件再设计相关的基本材料信息库的建立与完善 ,讨论了微器件模板的构成与模板库的索引 ,并建立了微器件在协同环境下的再设计流程以及相应的评价体系。系统通过集成信息资源、工程软件和数据库 ,实现Web-ASP结构下的MEMS设计中心 。
The design of microelements is the key factor for the development of the MEMS. In this paper, the frame of web-based redesign tool using the microelement templates was presented. The foundation of the basic information database system including the microelement cases database and materials database was described, and the methods to build this templates, redesign flow and estimation system were analyzed. The system integrating information resource, commercial software and database realized the MEMS design center in the construction of Web-ASP.
