摘要
对多轴数控机床在线检测精度进行了分析 ,基于微机平台 ,开发了多种常见基本体及组合体的测量宏程序 ,并进行测量过程路径规划。同时对测头系统、机床坐标定位误差进行了补偿 ,有效地提高了在线检测精度。
Based on the analysis about precision of online inspecting for the multi-axis NC machine tools, many measuring macro-programs of ordinary combinatorial objects were developed. This system could compensate the positioning errors of machine tools, improve the measuring accuracy effectively. It has been tested in the MAKINO NC machine center.
