摘要
研究了产品协同商务(CPC)环境下的模具虚拟企业生产项目粗规划问题。在CPC环境下,模具项目规划的制定是建立在盟主与合作伙伴协商的基础上,粗规划是模具项目规划的重要组成部分,它对后续规划过程起引导性作用,编制过程需要综合考虑安全性和有效性指标。分析了模具虚拟企业项目规划的不确定因素,提出了粗规划的优化目标,结合示例解释粗规划计算过程,最后针对模具生产的特点,提出了一种近似搜索算法,并通过生产实例验证了其可行性。
The rough project-planning problem for virtual enterprise (VE) in the industry of mould and die manufacturing is investigated. In collaborative product commerce (CPC) of the mould and die making, the coordinator need draw up the project-planning through negotiating with the partners collabora-tively. The rough project-planning is an important part of such a negotiation-based project-planning. It is necessary for us to synthesize safety and validity in the procedure to draw it up. The uncertain factors of negotiation-based project-planning are analyzed and mathematically modeled, and then an optimization goal is brought out for the rough project-planning. Next, A rough project-planning is drawn up by an simple example. In order to deal with practical problems, a heuristic algorithm is put out and an application is demonstrated.
