摘要
以数控技术为中心的高效柔性制造技术是当前加工技术发展的主流 ,具有 3F、3I和 3S的特征。文章分析了高效化和柔性化的主要发展目标 ,其主要研究方向为发展适于全面高速化、过程链集约化和大批量订制化的制造装备及其系统 ,使之能在多品种变批量的市场需求条件下实现响应敏捷化、运行智能化和效益最优化。提出了发展快速重组制造系统及可重构制造设备作为统一高效和柔性两者要求的一个合理解决方案 ,并进一步探讨了可用于网络化环境的制造单元的结构体系。
High_efficiency flexible manufacturing technique with the CNC technique as its core is the mainsream of current machining technique featuring 3F, 3I and 3S. The paper analyzes the main developing aims of the high_efficiency and flexibility, and the main studying direction is to develop the manufacturing devices and systems fitting full high_speed, process chains integration and big batch customization, thus let the devices feature agile responsibility, intelligent running and optimization of main efficiency in the market with multi_type and variable batches requirements. A reasonable solution for fitting the two requirements of high_efficiency and flexible, whieh is to develop the rapid reconfiguration manufacturing system and the reconstruction manufacturing devices has been proposed, and the structure system of the manufacturing cell can be used in networking environment has been further discussed.
