摘要
Cabot公司VulcanXC 72型炭黑,经过H2O2氧化处理后作为Pt的载体,H2PtCl6作为金属前驱体制备了高度分散的Pt/C催化剂。讨论了不同条件下H2PtCl6在炭黑上的吸附性能。载体经过H2O2氧化处理24h,H2PtCl6在pH=9下吸收48h,H2350℃还原2h,可以制备出铂晶粒平均大小为1.8nm的Pt/C电催化剂。
Subjected to an oxidizing treatment with H2O2, Vulcan XC72 (Cabot) carbon black has been used as support for platinum. Using H2PtCl6 as metal precursor, welldispersed catalysts have been prepared. The adsorption mechanism of platinum onto carbon black which was affected by different conditions has also been discussed. Carbon blacksupported Pt electrocatalysts with the platinum particles having the average size of 1.8nm have been achieved. In the progress of preparation, carbon black was pretreated by H2O2, H2PtCl6 was adsorpted when pH of the solution was 9.0 and the catalysts were reduced in hydrogen at temperature of 350℃.
