摘要
以盐酸对红辉沸石进行了脱铝,用X射线衍射、红外光谱和化学分析手段对样品做了表征。探讨了酸用量与红辉沸石脱铝量、结晶度、结构变化之间的关系。结果表明,盐酸对红辉沸石脱铝速度快,脱铝量随着盐酸用量的增加而增加。随着脱铝的进行,样品的衍射峰位移呈周期性变化,面网间距总体减小,且呈现减小-增大-减小的规律性变化。随着脱铝度的提高,在3700~3200cm-1波数范围内,出现新的吸收峰,与羟基窝的生成和变化相关。在不补硅的情况下深度脱铝,容易导致红辉沸石骨架结构崩塌。
Stellerite was dealuminated by using hydrochloric acid. The samples were characterized by Xray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and the traditional chemical analysis method. The results show that the dealumination of stellerite occurs effectively in the solution of hydrochloric acid. The crystallinity of stellerite decreases and the value of aluminum dealuminated increases while the dosage of hydrochloric acid increases. The Xray diffraction peaks shift to direction of 2theta increasing in general and a seasonal rule is involved: the lattice space (dvalue) of stellerite decrease, then increase, and decrease again. A few new bands of IR spectrum appear in region of 3700~3200cm-1 after stellrite was dealuminated. The framework of stellerite bends to collapse without replacement of carboxyl socket by silicon during dealumination process.
