摘要
对以硝酸钙和磷酸作为前驱体,采用溶胶 凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石粉体进行了研究。研究发现硝酸钙溶液的初始浓度、煅烧温度对所制得的粉体颗粒大小有较大的影响。通过XRD、FTIR及TG DTA分析,最终探索出了较为容易操作的工艺条件。
Hydroxyapatite powders were prepared by the solgel reaction starting from Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and H3PO4. Xray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were employed to characterize the process of solgel transition. The results obtained indicate that the initial concentration of Ca(NO3)2 and sintering temperature have important effects on structural features.
