连铸坯应力应变计算机辅助分析

摘要 在分析连铸坯质量特别是裂纹时,应力应变的计算是一项很关键且工作量很大的工作。文中开发了一个通用的应力应变计算机辅助分析软件,并采用数据可视化技术以易于分析、理解的图形形式将结果显示出来,便于研究人员分析应力应变的数值、变化趋势及产生最大的位置,从中发现力学因素对铸坯质量的影响规律。 The calculation of strain is important in the analysis of continuous casting slab quality especially in the analysis of crack, but it is a mass work. A universal assistant strain analysis software is developed. The result is showed by data and pictures which are easy to analyze and understand. It is convenient for people to analyze the values, trend of strain and the location where the strain is largest, and find out the influencing rules of mechanical factors in the process of continuous casting.
