摘要
提出利用低温铸造法进行半固态成形坯料的制备,研究了不同浇注温度下Al 20%Si合金组织形态的差异,讨论了通入CO2气体对初生硅颗粒形状、大小的影响及作用机理。结果表明,采用低温铸造法可以获得初生硅颗粒细小、分布均匀的过共晶铝硅合金坯料。
In this paper, low temperature casting method is introduced to prepare semisolid metal forming billets. For Al20%Si alloy billets, The influence of pouring temperature on the shape and the size of primary silicon particles is discussed. And the effect of the introduce of CO2 on primary silicon particles is also analyzed. Result shows that the billets with fine primary silicon particles and homogeneous particle distribution is suitable for semisolid metal forming, and it can be fabricated via low temperature casting method.
