The means of payment is an important decision that has to be made by the two parties involved in the corporate merger. Conventionally there are three means of payment: cash, stocks and comprehensive securities. This article, after examining each of their characteristics and analyzing the many factors that affect decision-making, suggests some innovative means of payment.
