摘要
教育现代化已经成为我国教育发展的战略目标。教育现代化的过程首先是教师现代化的过程。具有现代化素质的教师应当具有现代教育思想与观念、掌握现代信息技术、掌握现代教育技术。
Educational modernization is the strategic goal of China's educational development. The process of educational modernization, above all, is that of the modernization of teacher quality. A modernized teacher must be well equipped with modern educational ideas and concept, well versed in informational technology and instructional technology, and highly competent in doing academic research.
