本文从高校科研评价中出现的一些问题及其成因的思考分析入手 ,对科研评价的目的、方法和程序等进行了探讨 ,并建议学习发达国家的先进经验 ,建立我国包括高校在内的科研评价运行体系 ,建立和完善公正、合理。

This article, based on an investigation into some problems and their causes in tertiary academic research evaluation, explores the objectives, methods and procedures of scientific research. It suggests that advanced foreign experiences may be adopted to construct a transparent, reasonable and scientific evaluation mechanism for the smooth operation of academic research in tertiary institutions.
