宣传思想工作创新是一种有意识有目的的创造性实践活动。宣传干部贵在创新 ,重在创新 ,难在创新。要想把创新的动机和效果统一起来 ,必须严格而科学的遵循继承与创新有机结合的原则、理论与实际紧密联系的原则、内容与形式高度统一的原则。离开了这些原则 。

Innovation in the ideological work is a creative practice with conscience and purpose. The propaganda personnel should put more emphasis on innovation, however it is difficult to be innovative. To integrate the motif of innovation with its effects, one must follow such principles as combining inheritance with innovation, combining theory with practice and combining the content with the form. Without these principles, the propaganda personnel could not be innovative.
