A Study of the Goal of Training Teachers in the Junior Middle Schools with Undergraduate Diploma and the Course System in Teachers' Universities

高师本科学历初中师资培养的目标及其素质目标主要是创新型师资 ;现有高师本科课程体系还存在定位不准、结构失衡等问题。

To train teachers in the junior middle schools with undergraduate diploma aims to train innovation-type teachers. However, the course system in the teachers' universities exists such problems as incorrect orientation and unbalanced structure. Thus, the course system of training teachers in the junior middle schools with undergraduate diploma should be adjusted in a scientific way.
