对连云港市中小学健康教育师资队伍现状的分析及对策

The Analysis Countermeasures of the Current Situation of Teachers in Middle Schools and Primary School's Health Education

文章对当前连云港市中小学健康教育形式的调研 ,结果显示专职教师匮乏、兼职教师负担过重、教师专业知识缺乏是影响健康教育效果的主要原因 ,因此加强健康教育师资队伍建设是普及推广健康教育的关键。

The article does the researches on the forms of health education in Lianyungang Middle schools and primary schools. The result shows that they are short of professional teachers and the burden of the part-time teachers is too heavy. The major reason influencing the efficient health education is teachers' shortage in professional knowledge. So it is key to strengthen the construction of teachers in health education.
