摘要
现代人力资源具有十分丰富而又深刻的内涵,它与经济发展有着相互依存、相互作用的密切联系。开发人力资源既是现代经济发展的基础和保证,又是现代经济发展的基本内容。当代国际经济竞争的中心内容是现代人力资源的占有和开发。我国开发人力资源应当在控制数量、提高质量、优化管理、加强立法等多方面做好工作。
Modern human resources, with its rich connotation, is closely related to the ongoing economic development. Therefore, the possession and development of human resources are of the primary concerns under the circumstances of the international economic competition. It is also reflected in China in the following aspects such as quantity control, quality promotion, administration optimization and legitimate reinforcement, etc.
