Improving the Moral Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

加强和改进德育工作是高职院校育人的一项重要的系统工程。通过对教育对象的研究 ,提高德育工作的针对性 ,加强师德教育 ,提高教育者自身的素质 ,搞好“两课”教学 ,发挥主渠道、主阵地的作用 ;组织好各种文化活动 ,搞好第二课堂的教育 ,重视发挥社会和家庭的作用 ,以及进一步加强领导、健全网络、明确责任 ,齐抓共教形成完善的德育环境 ,是实现德育工作的良性循环 。

It is a very important systemic engineering for the higher vocational institutes to fortify and improve the student moral education. We can, by the study of objects our education aims at, focus working priority more precisely. The quality of teachers themselves can be improved by enhancing the teaching moral. We should take the education on Marxism Theory and Ideal and Philosophy as them main channel and stronghold, and simultaneously, we should also realize the importance of bringing into the full play the role of both society and family in order to cultivate more talents with many skills.
