摘要
高职教育贯彻“因材施教”原则,既要根据社会对各类高等职业技术人才的要求来设置专业,明确各专业人才的培养目标,并合理确定各门课程(包括实践环节)具体的教学内容与要求,又要根据高等职业技术人才培养的需要来配置好任教的教师,还要适合学生的实际水平和要求组织实施教学过程。
To implement the principle of teachi ng students in accordance with their aptitude,we should design the specialty that answers th e needs of the society for talents of h igher vocational and technical nature,determine the training targ et of each specialty,and decide reasonably upon the concrete teaching content and the requirements of each course(practice included)and supply appropriate teachers ac-cording to the requirement of traini ng higher vocational and technical t alents,meanwhile,enforce teaching procedures that conform to the students' aptitude and needs.
