摘要
在执政的情况下,党的作风如何,是直接关系到党的生死存亡的重大问题。国内和国外,历史和现实都反复证明了党的作风问题事关中国革命和建设的全局。新的历史条件下,必须按照"三个代表"思想的要求,加强党风建设。
Being a Party in power,the praty must give first consideration to the building of its working style,for it is of life and death significance to the Party.In the new historical circumstances,to strengthen Party's Working Style must meet the demand of 'Three Representatives'.
