航空事业发展中的飞行试验研究技术

PROGRESS OF FLIGHT TEST RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY IN DEVELOPMENT OF AVIATION ENTERPRISE

本文根据国内、外航空事业发展的实践,简要地阐述了飞行试验研究技术在航空事业发展中的地位、作用和特点以及我国飞行试验研究技术的现状和差距,并提出了一些发展建议,供制订有关航空技术发展政策和规划时参考。

This paper represents the position function and features of flight test research in development of aviation industry based on practice and experimence at home and abroad. The auther briefly reviews the present status of China's flight test research technology in aviation enterprise and the difference with advanced countries. Some suggestions of promoting the aviation technology and making polices and plans are put forward as well.
