摘要
高功率激光焊接过程中 ,熔透是保证焊缝质量的前提。实现焊接熔透控制首先要提取出焊接熔透过程中的特征信号。本文针对激光焊接过程中的等离子体光信号检测 ,设计了同轴光信号检测传感器。在平板、斜板以及阶梯板焊接实验中 ,得出了不同熔透状态下 。
In high power laser welding penetration is the precondition of high quality.In order to gain full penetration,a special signal,which isppicked-up from the course and represents the conditions of the welding formation,is needed.So in this paper,a coaxial optical detector is designed and used to collect practical signals under different conditions,and then,the rules that how the coaxial optical signal varies with different conditionsare are given out.
