低能量激光照射对S180腹水瘤小鼠外周血免疫细胞数量影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验系统地研究了低能量氦氖激光照射对S180腹水瘤小鼠外周血免疫细胞数量的影响。应用 7.3 3、11.0 0、14 .67、2 2 .0 0和 2 9.3 3J/cm2 五种照射剂量 ,对接种S180纤维肉瘤细胞的BALB/c小鼠做内眼角照射 ,连续照射 6天。在接种肿瘤细胞后第 4、8和第 12d ,分别对 5只小鼠进行断尾采血 ,对外周血白细胞进行分类计数。结果表明 :接种肿瘤后第 4天 ,所有低能激光照射组白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性幼稚细胞数量均出现显著升高 ,其中尤以 2 9.3 3J/cm2 组最为明显 ;但此后该组淋巴细胞及中性幼稚细胞数量开始明显下降 ,而 7.3 3~ 2 2 .0 0J/cm2 组则持续上升至 12天时才出现下降趋势。相对而言 ,2 9.3 3J/cm2 组与肿瘤对照组变化具有相似性 ,其核右移出现的时间较早 ,程度也最为严重。 The effects of low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation on the number of peripheral-blood immunocytes in mouse with S180 ascites sarcoma were systematically carried out in this study.After inoculating S180 sarcoma cells with the dosage of 1x I0 6 cells per mouse,five groups of BALB/c mice were irradiated at the spot of one inner corner of the mouse eye for six days with five different dosages of 7.33,11.00,14.67,22.00 and 29.33J/cm 2 respectively.The results showed that low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation of any dosages increased the number of leucocytes,lymphocytes and juvenile neutrophil significantly at the fourth day.But after that,lymphocytes and juvenile neutrophil in mice of 29.33J/cm 2 LELI groupbegan to decrease,while the 7.33~22.00J/cm 2 LELI groups continually increased till the twelfth day and after then began to decrease.Relatively speaking,the changes of 29.33J/cm 2 LELI group were similar to that of tumor control group,and the time of nuclei-shift-right occurred earlier and was more severe.The other low dosage groups of LELI were better.
