摘要
本文在参考有关面粉中使用添加剂的文献基础上,分析了目前我国面粉添加剂使用的现状及其形成原因,进而提出了解决措施和方法。
The status quo and problems in existe nce of wheat flour additive application in China were introduced in brief.Methods for work out a solution were given.
