摘要
本文研究了亚水杨基-邻-氨基苯酚镓配合物在不同pH及各种表面活性剂胶束介质中的荧光性质。结果表明,在pH 4.25的盐酸/乙酸钠缓冲液中,十二烷基硫酸钠可使配合物的荧光强度增加两倍,线性范围为0.1~5μm镓。本法用于人工合成样中镓的测定,结果满意。
The Present paper describes the fluorescence property of gallium (Ⅲ) /salicylidene-2-amin-ophenol (SAP) complex in different surfactant micellar media at various pH values. The fluore-scence intensity may be increased two fold in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micellar media inthe presence of hydrochloric acid/ sodium acetate buffer solution at pH 4.25 with the same ex-citation and emission wavelength (414/528 nm) as in absence of the surfactant. The quantumefficiency increases from 0.08 to 0.19 in the presence of SDS. The fluorescence intensity islinear with corresponding amount of gallium in the range 0.1--5 μmol/L gallium. The average ofnine parallel determinations of synthetic gallium sample checks well with the given value.
