摘要
本实验合成了Fe(Ⅲ)、Mn(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)等金属离子与meso-(四(4-磺基苯)卟啉)(TPPS_4)的螯合物(M-TPPS_4),研究了它们作为过氧化物模拟酶对过氧化氢氧化4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)与苯酚衍生物显色体系的催化活性。此体系用于测定H_2O_2时的摩尔吸光系数为8.27×10~3,工作曲线有很好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997。将此体系与葡萄糖氧化酶催化反应偶联,用标准加入法测定了人血清中葡萄糖的含量,得到了满意的结果。
The catalytic activity of Fe-TPPS_4, an imitation of peroxidase synthesized by reaction ofmetal ion and tetra(4-sulphophenyl) porphine (TPPS_4), in chromogenic reaction between 4-amino-antipyrine and p-chlorophenol has been studied. Molar adsorption coefficient of H_2O_2 determinedby this system was found to be 8.27×10~3 and content of human serum glucose can be deter-mined by combination of this system and catalytic reaction of glucose oxidase with satisfactoryresults.
