红外光谱法鉴别白念珠菌耐药菌株的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别考察了不同菌种与菌株、耐药型与敏感型菌株的红外光谱的特点 ,以探索鉴别耐药真菌的新方法。结果表明新型隐球菌与白念珠菌呈现较明显的光谱差异 ;白念珠菌的耐药型与敏感型菌株之间的光谱差异较小 ,但仍能用于初步鉴别。提示红外光谱法可以用于不同菌种与菌株、耐药型与敏感型菌株的快速。 In order to establish a new method to identify the drug resistant fungi,the infra red spectra of Cryptococcus neoformans and Candida albicans were determined. The Candida albicans included drug resistant and drug susceptible strains.Obvious spectral differences could be observed between Cryptococcus neoformans and Candida albicans . The difference between drug resistant and drug susceptible strains of Candida albicans was relatively unconspicuous, whereas recognizable.It suggests that infra red spectrometry can provide a fast and simple approach to identify differentiations down to subspecies and strain level.
