近红外光谱法在调合汽油控制分析中的应用

摘要 介绍了近红外光谱法在调合汽油试验控制分析中的应用。在用标准方法测定数据的基础上,采用偏最小二乘法建立了测定成品汽油的研究法辛烷值(RON)、马达法辛烷值(MON)、芳烃、烯烃、苯、含氧量和密度等7项指标的分析模型,应用数理统计方法对两种分析方法的一致性进行了评价,并用未知样品对模型进行了准确性和重复性考察。实验结果表明,近红外光谱法和标准分析方法无显著性差异。应用近红外光谱法可加快分析速度,提高工作效率,降低分析成本,尤其适用于中间控制分析。 Application of near - infrared spectrometry in control analysis of blended gasoline was introduced in this paper. On the basis of measuring data by standard method, an analyzing model was set up for measuring RON, MON,aromatics,olefin,benzene,oxygen content,and density of finished gasoline by quasi least square method. Consistency of the two analyzing methods was evaluated by mathematical statistics method. Accuracy and repeatability of the model were examined with unknown sample. The experimental result showed that there was no evident difference between standard analyzing method and near - infrared spectrometry method, except that the latter could speed up analysis, promote working efficiency and reduce analyzing cost. It was especially suitable for control analysis of intermediates.
