摘要
对聚酯生产工艺中DMT法（酯交换工艺），PTA法（直接酯化工艺）以及PTA法中的五釜流程，三釜流程，近期开发的二釜流程多种聚酯工艺技术进行对比分析，同时从规模经济，建设投资，生产成本，产品特点及发展前景等方面，对上海石化1^#聚酯装置改造中技术路线的选择提出一些看法。
Comparison and analysis were made on various production technology of polyester such as DMT route, PTA route,and five - reactor configuration ,three - reactor configuration and the recently developed two - reactor configuration and small batch PET in PTA route. Simultaneously, opinions were presented on the selection of process route in revamping of 1# PET unit of SPC from some aspects including economies of scale, construction capital investment,production cost,characteristics of products,developing prospect,and so on.
