摘要
探索以磷石膏、碳酸氢铵和氧化钾为原料 ,两步转化法生产硫酸钾并联产氯化钾铵复合肥的工艺 ,为磷石膏的合理利用、农用碳铵的结构调整和硫酸钾的制备开辟了一条新途径。在适宜的反应条件下 ,产品硫酸钾的主要指标超过国标农用一等品要求 ,K2 O >47.0 %,CI- <2 .2 %,K+的一次转化率为72 .2 %,磷石膏中SO42 - 的转化率达到 98.8%。
This article approaches potassium sulfate production process from phosphogypsum, ammonium bicarbonate and potassium oxide as raw materials by the tow-step conversion method. This opens up a new way to make full use of phosphogypsum, adjust the structure of agricultural ammonium bicarbonate and produce potassium sulfate. Unde suitable reaction conditions, main indexes of potassium sulfate exceed the national standard, where K 2O>47.0% and Cl -<2.2%.Conversion rate of K + is 72.2% and conversion rate of SO 4 2-reaches 98.8%.
