摘要
以石蜡基基础油组分调合成各粘度等级的工业齿轮油基础油,加入总剂量为1.2%～1.6%的复合添加剂,调制工业齿轮油。研究了添加剂对油品抗乳化性、抗磨性以及防腐蚀性的影响,以及基础油和添加剂、各添加剂之间的配伍性。经理化分析、模拟试验及齿轮机试验,油品质量水平符合 GB 5903《工业闭式齿轮油》规格,且达到 USS 224指标。
Industrial gear oil was formulated by 1.2%～1.6% additive package and base oil blended with praffinic neutral stock and bright stock.The compatibility between base oil and additives as well as among additives was investigated.The effect of additive on properties of wear,emulsification and corrosion of oil were also researched.The physical-chemical properties,simulated test and FZG test results indicated that the said industrial oil met the requirements of not only GB 5903 but also USS 224.
