摘要
通过对 GB50160—92《石油化工企业防火规范》和《Refining Safety Code》IP3 Institute of Petroleum Being Part3 of Institute of Petroleum Model Code of Safe Practice in the Petroleum Industry 这2个防火规范在中海壳牌石化项目中的应用,简要说明可燃液体罐组设备布置的设计基本方法,并对这2个规范的区别加以比较,以谁严格执行谁为原则,归纳了1个适用于这2个规范的可燃液体罐区设计间距表,对其他罐区设计以及国内规范的进一步完善具有一定的借鉴作用。
Basic design procedures for plot plan of flammable liquid tank group are briefly explained, taking the application of GB 50160-92,Fire Proof Code for Petrochemical Enterprise,and IP3,Part 3 of Institution of Petroleum Model Code of Safe Practice in the Petroleum Industry,in China Ocean Petroleum Co.& Shell JV project for instances.The differences between these 2 codes are identified,and a design span table for flammable liquid tank farm is summarized based on the principle of most strict rule prevailing,which can be applied to both codes and can be taken as reference by other tank farm designing works and for further improving the Chinese codes.
