摘要
当加入一定量的TAC可以明显提高DAIP树脂的耐热性。本文主要研究了三聚氰酸三烯丙基酯(TAC)改性DAIP树脂体系的固化反应参数以及反应机理。结果表明:改性树脂的固化过程包括三个固化峰,其表观活化能为173kJ/mol,107.8kJ,/mol,89.9KJ/mol,分别相应于增韧剂、DAlP及TAC的固化峰。
Thermal resistance of DAIP resin casting is obviously increased by adding triallyl cyanurate. The kinetic parameters and reactive mechanism of DAIP resin system in the presence TAC are studied. The curing procedure has three curing peaks by DSC analysis, their apparent reactive energies are 173kJ/mol, 107. 8kJ/mol, 89. 9kJ/mol, corresponding to toughed agent, DAIP and TAG respectively.
