香紫苏内酯合成新工艺的研究

The New Technology for Synthesis of Sclareolide

综述了国内外香紫苏内酯的合成工艺 ,开发出了通过添加相转移催化剂 ,在常温下用高锰酸钾氧化香紫苏醇合成香紫苏内酯的生产新工艺 ,香紫苏内酯的得率达到 5 9%,含量大于 95 %。

The synthesis methods of sclareolide, at home and aboard, are being summarized in this article. In the preparation of sclareolide, started from sclareol, by using phase-tranfer catalyst and KMnO 4 as oxidizing agent, we developed a new technology that in normal temperature, the yield is 59% and the purity of sclareolide is more than 95%.
