正丁醛氧化制高纯度正丁酸的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文报道了采用体外循环冷却的塔式氧化系统进行正丁醛氧化制备高纯度正丁酸的工艺过程研究结果。通过对催化剂、氧化反应器、氧化工艺及分离精制工艺条件进行研究 ,有效地减少了氧化副反应。在较佳氧化及分离精制条件下 ,氧化过程正丁醛转化率在 99.5 %以上 ,正丁酸选择性达 95 %以上 ,从而保证了分离精制后得到纯度≥ 99.5 %的正丁酸产品 ,填补了国内高纯度正丁酸产品的空白 ,为工业化规模生产高纯度正丁酸产品提供了可靠的技术保证。 The process results of manufacture of high quality n-butyric acid by oxidation of n-butyraldehyde with molecular oxygen was reported, the reaction was carried out in an oxidation tower with an out-circular-cooling system. By selecting suitable catalysts, oxidation reactor and oxidation conditions, the side-reactions could be greatly reduced. During this process the conversion in n-butyraldehyde and selectivity of n-butyric Acid were more than 99.5% and 95% respectively, meanwhile the content and yield of n-butyric acid in the refining process were accordingly 99.5% and 95%.
