摘要
本文采用硫酸铝作催化剂 ,苯为带水剂 ,乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成苹果酯。用正交实验法研究了反应时间、原料配比 ,催化剂用量对产品收率的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯∶乙二醇∶苯∶硫酸铝 =1∶2∶2 .5∶0 .0 1(摩尔配比 ) ,反应时间为 2h ,温度为 88~ 98℃ ,收率最高可达 80 %。
The synthesis of Fructone from ethyl acetoacetate and ethylene glycol catalyzed by aluminum sulfate is studied. Benzene is used as the water-carrying agent. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio, amount of catalyst on yield are studied by orthogonal method. The optimum conditions are the ethyl acetoacetate∶ethylene glycol∶benzene∶aluminum sulphate=1∶2∶2.5∶ 0.01. Reaction time is 2h. Temperature is 88~98℃. The best yield is over 80%.
