摘要 本文总结了近年来国内外各种分离糠醛水溶液的方法:如蒸馏法、吸附法、超临界萃取法及液液萃取法,通过比较各种方法的优缺点,认为:用液液萃取法分离糠醛与水,不仅工艺简单、投资少、能耗低,结合计算机模拟,实现了分离过程的优化控制,为工业转化和进一步研究提供了可靠依据.可以预言:采用液液萃取法浓缩和回收糠醛将是今后普遍采用的可靠方法. Methods of separating furfural from aqueous solution were summarized such as distillation、absorption、supercritical extraction and liquid - liquid extraction. It was thought by comparison that the method of liquid - liquid extraction had the distinguished advantage of simple operation、low investment and low energy consumption. Furthermore the combination of modeling calculation with computer realized the optimization of the separation process, which provided with reliable reference for industrial conversion and further study. It would be a universal method to condense and reclaim furfural by liquid - liquid extraction in the future.
