摘要
通过正交实验探讨了以3,6-二氯水杨酸为原料,经O-烷基化反应合成3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸的工艺。各因素对O-烷基化反应收率的影响顺序为:反应温度>反应压力>NaOH配比>保温保压时间。O-烷基化反应的最佳工艺条件为3,6-二氯水杨酸∶氢氧化钠(物质的量比)=1∶4.5,反应温度100℃,反应压力0.6MPa,保温时间6h。在此条件下,O-烷基化收率为92.6%。
The o - alkylation of 3,6 - dichlorosalicylic acid by chloromeththane was studied. By orthogonal test, the best conditions for o - alkylation was found to be temp. = 100℃, pressure = 0.6MPa ,3,6 - dichlorosalicylic acid: sodium hydroxide( mol) = 1:4.5, the time of constant - temperature and constant - pressure = 6 h. The yield of 2 - methoxy -3,6 - dichlorobenzoic acid was 92.6% .
