摘要
采用丙烯酸改性环氧树脂E-44的方法,合成了环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物,并将其用在UV光固化油墨的配方中。在树脂合成过程中,研究了反应温度、催化剂、阻聚剂等因素对合成过程和产品的影响。通过L9(34)正交试验,得到了优化的工艺参数:反应温度为90℃,催化剂为N,N-二甲基苯胺,用量1%;阻聚剂为对苯二酚,用量0.5%,投料环氧树脂和丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:1.08。
In this paper, the synthesis of UV ink used for build-up multilayer printed circuit board was studied. The ink was formed by the reaction of an epoxy resin (E - 44) and an acrylic acid. The epoxy acrylate synthesized in our laboratory was used for preparing modified epoxy acrylate resin.In the synthesis reaction, the influence factors, such as reaction temperature, catalyst amount, and polymerization inhibitor amount etc. were studied. In addition, the reaction parameters were optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal experiments. The optimized results were: reaction temperature 90℃ , N, N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine as catalyst (1% by weight) ,1,4 dihydroxybenzene as inhibitor (0.5% by weight) , and material ratio, E - 44: acrylic acid (1:1.08) .
