摘要
本文根据Fe(Ⅲ)-DCS-偶氮胂和Fe(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉体系的显色反应,采用自动化流动注射分析装置进行了铁两种价态的测定,不同比例的Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)混合物相对标准偏差在5%以内,分析速度为120试样/h。
DCS-arsenazo as a color reagent for the determination of Fe(Ⅲ) has been selected by comparison of eight kinds of azo type reagents, the molar absorption coefficient is 2.41×10~4.The determination of iron valency states has been performed by the automatic flow injection analyzer based on the selective color reactions of Fe(Ⅲ)-DCS-arsenazo and Fe(Ⅱ)-o-phenanthroline. The relative standard deviation is within 5% for the various proportions of the mixture of Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ)with the sample frequency of 120 samples/h
