摘要
本文研究了在溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,镀和姜黄素的显色反应,探讨了反应机理。结果表明,在碱性介质中络合物稳定并随CPB浓度不同络合物组成为1:1和1:2,后者摩尔吸光系数为1.25×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Be量在0~8μg/25ml范围内遵从比尔定律。方法选择性好,用于绿柱石、香花石等地质试样中铍的直接测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of beryllium with curcumin in the presence of cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) and its reactive mechanism have been described. The complex formed at pH 11.8 is stable, and its complex ratios are 1:1 and 1:2 with different concentration of CPB, the later molar absorptivity is 1.25×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). It shows the linear range of 0~8 μg Be/25ml and excellent selectivity. The new method has been applied to the direct determination of beryllium in geological samples of beryl, hsianghualite (raw ore) etc. with satisfactory results.
