摘要
本文提出一种用泡沫塑料富集分离,直接在固相表面进行化学发光测定痕量金的新方法。使用此法,吸附的金不需干法或湿法解脱,操作简便、快速;根据化学发光强度确定固相表面金的吸附量,仪器简单,准确度好。此法可测吸附量0.1~1.0μg的金,对1.0pg金测定的相对标准偏差小于10%。此法试用于金含量0.xg/T以上矿样的测定,结果与推荐值一致。
A new method for the determination of trace gold was proposed, which is based on the chemiluminescence reaction on solid surface. The gold(Ⅲ)in solution was adsorbed on the surface of foaming plastics, and then reacts with chemiluminescence reagent to form luminescence compound. Using this method, 0.1~10μg gold(Ⅲ)adsorbed on the foaming plastics can be determined, the relative standard deviation is less than 10%. The method is simple, selective and applicable to the determination of gold above 0.X g/T in ores.
