人喉癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原、CD44蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA )、CD4 4在人喉癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学 Envi-sion法对 96例喉癌、2 8例非喉癌病变、5 1例癌旁或癌周对侧喉组织标本进行 PCNA、CD4 4表达情况检测。结果 :(1) PCNA、CD4 4在喉癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为 87.5 % (84 / 96 )和 70 .8% (6 8/ 96 ) ,均显著高于非喉癌病变喉组织、癌旁及癌周喉组织 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )晚期 ( ~ 期 )、组织学分级 2~ 3级 (低分化 )、伴颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织中 PCNA、CD4 4阳性表达率均显著高于早期 ( ~ 期 )、组织学分级 1级 (高分化 )、无颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织 (P<0 .0 1)。 (3)喉癌术后 3年或 5年存活病例 CD4 4表达阳性率明显低于未存活病例 ,而 PCNA的表达阳性率在术后 3、5年存活或未存活病例间无统计学差异。 (4)PCNA与 CD4 4表达存在正相关 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 :喉癌的发生、发展及预后与 PCNA、CD4 Objective: To explore the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and CD44 protein in different laryngeal carcinoma tissues and study its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry methods were used to study 175 cases of archived paraffin embedded laryngeal carcinoma tissues and other laryngeal tissues. Results:The results turned out to be as follows: (1)The positive rate of PCNA and CD44 in vocal cords polypus, precarcinoma lesions, tissues adjacent or opposite to carcinoma and laryngeal carcinoma increased abviously. A high level of PCNA and CD44 expression was more frequently found in laryngeal carcinoma than in non carcinoma laryngeal lesions and normal tissues. Their expression correlated well with histological grades, the higher the grade was, the lower the expression was. The third and fourth stages laryngeal carcinoma were stronger positive than those of the first and second stages. Laryngeal carcinoma with cervical metastasis had higher expression than those without cervical metastasis.(2)The 3 and 5 years survival rate of CD44 positive cases was lower than that of CD44 negative cases. (3)There was a positive relationship between expression of PCNA and CD44 ( P <0.01). Conclusion:These results suggest that the occurrence, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma may be closely related to PCNA and CD44 expression.
