微量元素与乳腺肿瘤关系的分析及其临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨部分微量元素与乳腺肿瘤的关系。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度计对 10 0例健康女性志愿者血清、91例乳腺良性肿瘤和 86例乳腺癌患者手术前后血清、肿瘤组织及非病变组织中 Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca等 5种微量元素的含量进行测定。 结果 :3组的血清及肿瘤组织中微量元素有显著差异 ,乳癌组血清、肿瘤组织中 Cu、Fe比值明显高于良性瘤组、健康对照组和非病变组织 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Zn、Mg、Ca水平则明显低于良性组、健康对照组和非病变组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 :结果提示Zn、Mg、Ca可能是乳癌保护因素 ,而 Cu。 Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of trace elements and breast tumor.Methods:Serum,cancer tissue,normal tissue levels of 5 trace elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) in 100 healthy female volunteers,91 patients with benign breast diseases(fibroadenoma,cystic disease)and 86 patients with malignant breast tumor before and after operation.Results:Analysis showed that in malignant tissue and serum of patients with breast cancer Cu and Fe were significantly higher and( P <0.05) Zn, Mg,Ca were significantly lower than that in normal subjects and patients with benign breast tumor( P <0.05).Conclusion:Our results indicate that Cu and Fe may serve as a risk factor while Zn, Mg and Ca are protective factors of breast cancer.
