低剂量米非司酮紧急避孕100例临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of 100 cases with low dose of mifepriston for emergency contraception

目的 探讨一次性口服低剂量米非司酮 10 m g用于紧急避孕的效果。 方法 选择自愿接受试验、无口服米非司酮禁忌证的健康妇女 ,在无保护性交 72 h以内口服米非司酮 10 m g,服药后定期随访 ,观察不良反应及下次月经复潮情况 ,并在月经复潮前严格避孕。 结果 按 Dixon方法计算 ,预期妊娠数为 10 .0 8,实际妊娠数为 2例 ,避孕总有效率为 80 .15 % ,副反应发生率为 8.0 0 %( 8/ 10 0 ) ,影响月经周期的占 11.0 0 % ( 11/ 10 0 )。 结论 低剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕安全有效。

Objective To search for the effects of taking orally low dose(10 mg)of mifepriston once used for emergency contraception. Methods Selecting the healthy women who volunteer to be tested without mifepriston contraindication.The volunteers take orally 10 mg dose of mifepriston without protection intercourse within 72 hours,Afterwards returning regular visits,observing the side reaction and the next menses as well.Meanwhile ensuring strict contraception. Results Calculating with Dixon method,the number of the expected pregnancy is 10 076,but the theactual pregrancy number is 2,the total effective rate is 80 15 percent.The rate of sids reaction occurrence is 8 percent and the rate of affecting menses is 11 percent. Conclusion It is safe and effective to use low dose of mifepriston for emergency contraception.
