摘要
介绍了一种采用三极管作为测温元件的惯性测量组件(IMU)实时测温电路的工作原理。该电路采用自闭环的工作方式,将温度值转换为二进制并行代码,具有电路体积小,响应快,对计算机时序要求低,构思巧妙等特点,在某型号空空导弹惯导系统中已经得到实际应用。
The principle of a real-time temperature measurement circuit Inertia Measurement Unit (IMU) is discussed, which uses transistors as the measurement components. The self closed-loop system is used in the circuit, which converts the temperature value into binary parallel code. The circuit has the characteristics of small size, fast responses, low requirement for computer time sequence, creative design, etc. It has been used in the IMU of an air-to-air missile.
