保留灌肠加超声透入治疗前列腺增生症的效果观察

Effect on Retention-enema Plus Ultrasonic Penetration to Treat Hyperplasia of Prostate

目的 :为观察中药保留灌肠加超声透入治疗前列腺增生 (BPH )的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 0例BPH病人随机分为 2组 ,治疗组给以中药保留灌肠加超声透入疗法 ,对照组口服前列康片 ,治疗 2个月后 ,分别观察两组病人的前列腺症状积分 (IPSS)变化、最大尿流率 (MFR )变化、生活质量评分 (QOL )及前列腺体积 (V )变化。结果 :治疗组IPSS、QOL和V明显降低 ,MFR增加 ,治疗前后比较 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较 ,差异亦有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs retention-enema plus ultrasonic penetration to treat patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods: a total of 120 cases BPH patients divided randomly into test and control groups. Patients of test group were got Chinese herbs retention-enema plus ultrasonic penetration treatment. Patients of control group were orally taken Qianliekang tablets. 2 months after treatment, items including international prostate symptoms scoring(IPSS), maximum uroflow rate (MFR), quality of life scoring (QOL) and the volume of prostate of patients in the two groups were observed. Results: Chinese herbs retention-enema plus ultrasonic penetration treatment may lower down the IPSS, QOF, and the volume of prostate of patients. It may increase the MFR of patients. There is statistical significance between before and after the treatment in test group patients in terms of above mentioned items (P<0.01). There is statistical difference between the two group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbs retention-enema plus ultrasonic penetration is an effective treatment to cure patients with BPH.
