106例老年期痴呆病人临床资料分析及其护理

Clinical Analysis and Nursing Care of 106 Cases of Senile Dementia

目的 :探讨老年期痴呆病人存在的主要护理问题 ,寻求适合老年期痴呆病人最佳护理对策。方法 :采用自行设计的调查表对老年期痴呆病人一般状况、精神症状、院内感染、并发症及死亡情况进行调查 ,随机抽取同期住院老年精神病人临床资料进行分析。结果 :老年期痴呆病人记忆、定向、智能、沟通能力、生活自理能力均较差 ,院内感染、褥疮、并发症及病死率高 ,与老年精神病人比较具有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :重视老年痴呆病人的护理 ,预防感染及并发症 。

Objective: to probe into major nursing problems existed in senile dementia patients, to find out the best nursing countermeasures suited to patients with senile dementia. Method: self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigated on general conditions, mental symptoms, iatrogenic infection, complications and deaths of inpatients with senile dementia. Senile psychotics admitted in the hospital at the same period were selected randomly as control. Results: in terms of memory, ability of orientation, intelligence, communication ability and self-care viability, patients with senile dementia were poorer than those senile psychotics. Moreover, in terms of iatrogenic infection rate, bed sore appearance rate, complication rate and fatality rate, senile dementia patients was higher than those with psychotics. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: one should pay more attention to nursing care of senile dementia patients, prevent infections and complications. Thus, it may promote the life quality of senile dementia patients.
