摘要
将含有谷氨酰胺酶的猪肾组织切片固定于聚酯膜和聚碳酸酯膜之间,并与氨电极偶合制成L-谷氨酰胺传感器。线性范围10^(-4)~5×10^(-2)mol/L,响应时间5min。测量细胞培养基RPMI—1640,结果与实际值吻合。标准加入回收率98.75%。
The tissue sensor consists of an ammonia sensor and immobilized porcine kidney slice sandwiched between the polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate membranes. A linear relationship was in the L-glutamine concentration range of 1×10^(-4)~5×10^(-2)mol/L with sample introduction period of 5 min. The cell culture medium RPMI 1640 was tested, the response was consistent with its content. The recovery rate was 98.75%.
